Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11 am–8 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (310) 774-4228. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is eatpiccini.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

6/15/26 @6 pm It was my first time and my brother recommended it. He suggested the sweet honey with pepperoni and jalapenos. It wasn't super spicy, it was a great balance. We also got the salad and two other pizzas. When we came to pick it up, the man was very welcoming and gave us plates, napkins, pepper, and cheese. The bathroom was clean. I liked the check off list.

For starters, we ordered the Meatballs and Garlic Cheese Ciabatta which were great. For pizzas, we tried the Sweet Diavola and Sausage Hunter and both were delicious! The tiramisu was just okay. This restaurant is mainly for takeout but there are a few tables inside and in the patio for dine in. Service was good and we will be back!

My husband and I went to check this spot out around 5:30 on a Friday night and it was just buzzing with take out phone calls and pick ups! A great sight to see. I ordered the classic pizza, the Cesar side salad and the tiramisu. We also ordered the fettuccine Brasato as an extra. We don't like olives and it was really easy to customize the pizza to our liking as well! It is primarily a take out spot but they did have three tables inside and a bench for sitting and a restroom. Lots of parking outside and their buzzers had far enough range you could walk around with them outside while you waited. Everyone who worked there was super kind and helpful! I was also excited to learn about their points system, which builds every time you visit and you can use it whenever you choose! We enjoyed our dinner a lot, my favorite was the brasato pasta, the sauce was so good and the braised beef was a nice touch! The tiramisu was light and fluffy and so good! My favorite part about learning about Piccini today was their catering menu! Everything seemed affordable and easy to arrange, plus great opening hours.

The staff are very friendly and efficient, they handled a lot of pickups as I waited for my order. We ordered the Hawaiian Pizza Slice Appetizer, Apple and Pecan Salad, Piccini Sub, Meatball Sub, Large Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. Everything was delicious and big portions. There is limited seating inside and on the patio, three of us managed to sit together. The front parking is plentiful in this renovated shopping center. The decor is a clean take-out fast food restaurant. We will be back and spreading the word of how tasty Piccini is.

We stopped by Piccini Italian Takeout with my wife and our son and had a great overall experience. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, Mediterranean pasta, and the kids’ Alfredo penne, and every dish was enjoyable and comforting. The spaghetti and meatballs was classic and hearty—generous portions, rich tomato sauce, and meatballs that tasted freshly made. The Mediterranean pasta was a nice contrast, lighter but still flavorful, with a good balance of pasta, veggies, and protein. Our son loved the kids’ Alfredo penne—simple, creamy, and exactly what you want for a kid-friendly option. Price-wise, it’s a great value for the portion size and quality you get. Everything was packed well for takeout, stayed hot, and traveled nicely. The restaurant itself feels new, clean, and well-organized, clearly designed for a to-go vibe, which we appreciated. Service was another highlight—friendly, kind staff who made the ordering process easy and welcoming. Overall, Piccini is a dependable spot for quick Italian comfort food that doesn’t feel rushed or careless. Good food, fair prices, clean space, and warm service. We’ll definitely be coming back.
